About Me

"Being a therapist perfectly combines my love of people and passion for mental health and wellness. I am excited to work alongside my clients, providing support tailored to their specific goals - because I believe no one is a better expert on you than you. 


I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. My experience includes working in community mental health and prior to becoming a therapist, supporting survivors of domestic violence as they navigated the legal system.


Clinically, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I am trained in the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria. These tools help me meet clients where they are and empower them toward healing and growth.


My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. We’ll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you, and building the tools you need to move forward with greater clarity and resilience. Initial consultation

$0

15 minute complimentary virtual call to discuss presenting concern, after which you will be placed with ideal therapist.

Intake

$150

(60 Minute Session) This is an in-depth initial assessment conducted by a licensed mental health therapist to better understand your emotional, psychological, and behavioral health. It includes exploring your current concerns, personal history, and symptoms to help determine an accurate diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This evaluation is the first step in beginning your healing journey.

Individual therapy

$120

(60 Minute Session) One-on-one therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
