About Me

"Welcome. I'm Madeline, a therapist dedicated to your growth and healing across the lifespan. I work with a wide spectrum of ages, from childhood to adulthood. I believe that at every stage of life, we encounter challenges and opportunities for growth.

My goal is to cultivate a safe environment where you feel heard and understood to navigate those challenges with resilience. My areas of experience include emotion dysregulation, anxiety and stress, disorders common in childhood, and neurodiversity. I offer a safe space to be exactly who you are.


My therapeutic approaches are adaptable across ages and your personal experiences and challenges.  Using mindfulness techniques, Acceptance and Commitment, behavioral modification strategies, and humanistic principles, I adapt my style to best suit your needs. Whether it be expressing yourself through creativity and play, exploring coping strategies , talking through past experiences, or navigating life transitions, I offer guidance and a place to work through emotional or behavioral concerns. For parents seeking support for children, I offer information and strategies to foster healthy development and improve family bonds.


My counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that individuals are resilient and value inner peace. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative journey, empowering clients to identify their strengths, navigate challenges, and cultivate meaningful change. In creating a space that clients can be their most authentic selves without judgement, growth will follow.

Initial consultation

$0

15 minute complimentary virtual call to discuss presenting concern, after which you will be placed with ideal therapist.

Intake

$150

(60 Minute Session) This is an in-depth initial assessment conducted by a licensed mental health therapist to better understand your emotional, psychological, and behavioral health. It includes exploring your current concerns, personal history, and symptoms to help determine an accurate diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This evaluation is the first step in beginning your healing journey.

Individual therapy

$120

(60 Minute Session) One-on-one therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. 

Parent Coaching

$120

(60 Minute Session) Parent coaching provides guidance, support, and practical tools to help you navigate the everyday challenges of raising children. Whether you’re struggling with behavioral issues, communication difficulties, or just want to strengthen your relationship with your child, parent coaching offers a safe, collaborative space to explore what works best for your family. 

Family Therapy

$120

(60 Minute Session) Family therapy is a supportive space where families come together to strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges as a team. It’s not about placing blame, but about understanding one another’s experiences and creating healthier patterns of connection. Whether navigating life transitions, conflict, or stress, family therapy helps each member feel heard, valued, and supported — fostering growth and healing for the whole family.
