Investment of Services
(60 Minute) This comprehensive initial evaluation is conducted by a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. During this session, you’ll discuss your current mental health concerns, medical and psychiatric history, symptoms, and treatment goals. This assessment allows the provider to determine an accurate diagnosis and develop a thoughtful, individualized medication and treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
(15-20 Minute) A follow-up appointment with a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner focuses on monitoring your progress, adjusting medication if needed, and addressing any questions or concerns you may have about your treatment plan. These sessions are designed to ensure that your care remains effective, supportive, and responsive to your changing needs—helping you stay on track with your mental health goals.
